“A solid gold and ebony amulet that once belonged to the Black Pharaoh, Nephren-Ka. It depicts Nyarlathotep, the Crawling Chaos in one of his many forms. In conjunction with an arcane ritual described in the Necronomicon, the amulet is said to summon Nyarlathotep himself. Item is considered extremely dangerous.”- Miskatonic University Special Collection Department

The Crawling Chaos Amulet is solid hand casted resin and comes painted in a faux antique gold and ebony finish. Each has been signed and numbered by artist Jason McKittrick.
